Canal District Clothing Swap & Yard Sale
138 Green Street aka Crompton Place
Saturday May 14th

Drop off a bag of clothing, accessories or shoes between 11 and 1. We will provide you with a map of all the new boutiques & restaurants in the Canal District who are offering special deals for swappers. There will be a YARD SALE in the courtyard. At 2PM SHARP (the good stuff goes fast!) return and SWAP. $5.00 if you brought a bag, $10.00 if you did not.

Her clients include: Virgin Records, Bergdorf Goodman, Eileen Fisher, and Lifetime TV. She counts having her work appear in Vanity Fair as a career highlight. She created the Shamanuti skincare line . . . a thoughtfully curated line of naturally derived organic and wild crafted skincare products which she calls, “Simple skincare for complicated creatures.” Alexis Grace is excited to be the first shop in Central Mass to exclusively carry Shamanuti products.

Fridays: Fill a Bag for Five Dollars
For only five dollars you get a re-useable, 12 x 15 shopping bag made from re-cycled soda bottles. Every Friday in MAY between the hours of 10 and 6 you can fill that bag from an ENORMOUS pile of clothing and accessories designated for donation. Proceeds from the sale will go to Worcester Animal Rescue League. Any left over items will be donated to Big Brother/Big Sister.

Pictures From the Grand Opening We had a truly wonderful night. We appreciate everyone who came and was a part of it. Special thanks to Mom and Grace for all the food, Lance and Michele for the Edible Arrangement, Tim, Rich and Grub for their skills at making appetizers, Morgan for all her help, Mom Loan for the beautiful lilacs, Robin and Dino for the planter and flowers, Kathy, Sean and Allison for ANOTHER present, the chicks at JC for the plant which we will try not to kill, and Robert for taking the pictures.
To our vendors: Thank you again for everything--for coming, for giving us gifts to raffle off, for making sure all your inventory was in, for all the well wishes . . . .

On a different note: This is how you embarrass your children: Force them to come to your grand opening in their prom dress, with their date (whom you have never met) and make them bring friends. Thank you, Mary, for indulging your mom. Next time, a little head's up on the date and time of your prom-okay?
